Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Unaffiliated Shoppers

Any shopper who accesses this website without a referral from a stylist with an active RRSize.Me subscription will be directed to shop at RRSize.Me’s creator’s Ruby Ribbon website.  By signing up stylists agree that upon cancellation of their subscription with RRSize.Me any links previously generated by the RRSize.Me application will no longer be associated with the original stylist’s Ruby Ribbon shop and will be treated as an unaffiliated shopper.

Customer Data

Each stylist’s customer data is considered the stylist’s sole property and will be accessed only for troubleshooting upon request. It may also be collected as anonymized aggregate data to assist with improving sizing algorithms. Customer data is NEVER sold. Customers will never receive direct communications from RRSize.Me except to receive sizing results upon completion of the sizing form. Customer data is available to be downloaded by the associated stylist at any time. Upon cancellation of an RRSize.Me subscription customer data is retained in case of re-activation of the account, however it will not be collected or used except as described above as anonymized data for improving the algorithms. If a stylist desires customer data to be deleted at any time they may request the deletion through our contact page.

Sizing Accuracy

While we strive to give customers the best sizing possible with the information we have available to us, we make no guarantees as to the accuracy of the sizing information provided by RRSize.Me. Stylists understand that they use this tool at their own risk.  Should a sizing be found to be inaccurate stylists are encouraged to send an email through our contact form with the measurements provided, size recommended and size preferred to aid in improving future recommendations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hai Tech Enterprises and its licensors.

Hai Tech Enterprises has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
